Delivery and Returns

Delivery Times

We aim to despatch the same business day (Monday to Friday) for orders received before 11a.m. and the next business day for orders received after 11a.m. This service is subject to product availability and weight and/or size restrictions on some products.

Many of our orders are for fabric cut to our customer's specific requirements. Please allow 3-5 days for processing and a further 2-3 days for delivery

Orders for large selections of fabric cut to order may take longer to process but we will advise you in this case. It is important that you provide an email address so that we can contact you if we need to discuss delivery of your order.

Postage Costs

In most cases, the standard delivery charge shown at checkout will be sufficient for most orders. We do reserve the right to revise the postage cost on heavy orders. In these rare cases we will contact you and advise you of any extra postage costs, you will then have the option to pay the remaining postage or cancel the order. We strive to offer our customers the most cost effective delivery service; therefore we only charge postage at cost.

Overseas Orders

For overseas and BFPO orders, postage and packing is charged at actual cost. Once you have placed your order we will revise the postage and a PayPal Invoice will be emailed to you with the shipping cost. You will have the option to email me declining payment of the shipping cost and receive a full refund on your goods, or accept and pay the shipping cost invoice. Once we recieve payment of the shipping cost invoice, your order will be shipped..

Please note there are some items which we recommend that customers outside the United Kingdom do not order. This is because these items are heavy..

Rest of the World

Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Norway, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United States of America.

Postal Insurance

We will automatically insure your parcel when the value of the goods is over £36.

Lost Parcel?

We always get proof of posting when posting out your items, therefore in the unfortunate event that a parcel does get lost along the way, we have everything we need to get to the bottom of it! The Guernsey Post do not consider a parcel lost until 15 working days have elapsed. However we really want you to be happy with your purchase so please, PLEASE contact us if you believe the item is missing and we’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue.

Returns Policy

Cancellation and Returns Policy on Purchases

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return an item to us. It must be in its original condition and returned to us at our address shown on the Contact page. Please call us or email us to let us know that you are returning your item. We recommend that you receive a proof of posting or send it by recorded delivery. We cannot accept returns of fabric cut to your specific requirements. We will issue a full refund less the postage. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless ,we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective and therefore postage and packaging charges are refundable. If we have to collect an item for you we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please call or email us if you have a problem with an item that is damaged or defective, and we will discuss arrangements for rectifying the problem. We will refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item to us (either via a personalised pre-paid envelope and return label, or by refunding your return postage costs). We check all items returned to us and if we cannot find a fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover any costs incurred in recovering it from you.
